Throughout her distinguished career at Enterprise Fleet Management, Connie held key leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Risk Management and Assistant Vice President of Loss Control, culminating in her position as Vice President. She has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering talent development, and implementing effective risk management strategies across diverse operational areas, including fleet management, commercial insurance, and claims management.

Connie’s expertise extends to contract negotiations, risk legal compliance, employee hiring and development, and training facilitation. She is adept at leveraging her strong analytical skills, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation abilities, to deliver impactful solutions and drive organizational growth.

Having retired after a fulfilling career where she mentored and inspired numerous professionals, Connie now offers her extensive knowledge and strategic insights as a consultant.
